Sound therapy uses the vibrational frequencies of specially selected instruments to restore balance and well-being. These sounds calm the nervous system, slow brainwave activity, and guide you into a deep meditative state where healing naturally occurs.
Everything in the body vibrates at its own frequency, but stress, illness and emotional imbalances can cause disruptions. Sound therapy works by using harmonious vibrations to realign your energy, promoting relaxation, clarity and balance.
A one-to-one sound / duo therapy session offers a deeply personal experience, helping you reconnect with your natural state of harmony and peace.
Sound therapy may not be suitable in the following circumstances:
- Pregnancy (first trimester)
- Sound induced Epilepsy
- Pacemakers
- Severe mental health conditions such as PTSD, personality disorder or schizophrenia.
- Recent surgery with metal plates / pins (Last 12 months)
- Recently broken bones
-Tinnitus or conditions that could be triggered by sound
If any of the above apply to you, or if you are unsure, please seek advice from a medical practitioner.
