Upcoming Sound Baths -
Join us in a group sound bath and experience the collective energy of sound therapy in a supportive and meditative space. These sessions are held at various locations across Staffordshire and are perfect for a deep relaxation and emotional balance.

What To Expect:
Duration - 1 Hour (Including grounding / breath work)
(Please arrive 10 minutes before the planned start time)
Experience - Lie down and let the vibrations of gongs, Solfeggio tubes, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls guide you into a mediative state
What to bring - Yoga mat / padded mat / something comfortable to lie on
-You're welcome to bring a zero gravity / reclining chair however please let us know in advance to accommodate space
-Pillow and blanket for warmth and comfort
-Comfortable clothing - Although the room is heated, we recommend wrapping up warm during the winter months
Exchange - £12pp - Paid via cash on the day

Sound therapy may not be suitable in the following circumstances:
- Pregnancy (first trimester)
- Sound induced Epilepsy
- Pacemakers
- Severe mental health conditions such as PTSD, personality disorder or schizophrenia.
- Recent surgery with metal plates / pins (Last 12 months)
- Recently broken bones
-Tinnitus or conditions that could be triggered by sound
