Hi, I'm Lisa, the founder of Sacred Soul Echoes.
For as long as i can remember, i have been drawn to the mystical, the unseen, the whispers of something greater.
My own journey has taken me through challenges, healing and awakening, guiding me toward a path I now walk with purpose - Helping others find peace, balance, and renewal through the power of sound.
With over 30 years of spiritual growth and a background in holistic therapies, I have explored many modalities of healing, but it was sound that truly called to me. The moment I experienced its profound ability to shift energy, calm the mind and bring deep emotional release, I knew this was my path.
I trained as a Sound Therapy Practitioner, deepening my understanding of how vibrational frequencies work in harmony with the mind, body and soul.
Through my own self-healing and spiritual growth, I have witnessed first hand how sound can realign, restore and awaken something deep within us. It is more than just relaxation - It is a remembering, a return to our natural rhythm, a way to connect with the sacred essence of who we are.
At Sacred Soul Echoes, I create a space where you can let go, breath, and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you, guiding you into stillness, clarity, and renewal. Meet my Daughter...
Sacred Soul Echoes is a much Sophie's creation as it is mine. She is my daughter, my best friend and my greatest supporter - always by my side, cheering me on and lifting me up.
Sophie is the quiet force that holds everything together. She helps with the set-up and take-down of each space with such care and welcomes every person that walks through the door with genuine warmth.
Sophie has grown up surrounded by spirituality and shares my love for the mystical, the un-seen, and the whispers of something greater. Her energy, her heart, and her belief in what we do are woven into everything Sacred Soul Echoes is.
I truly couldn't do this without her - and wouldn't want to.
